crazy/fun weekend

This weekend went by in a blur.  It was Patrick's birthday and this was an event I have been looking forward too since he was born.  With months of preparation for his big day, I think it was a success. We also had to be out of our apartment by the end of the month, because we are moving back to Hawaii for the summer.  My house was a disaster and totally chaos.  Patrick hated the fact the boxes were invading his crawling space.  My family drove from Washington to celebrate Patrick's day with us.    

Earlier last week, we got a chance to get outside and enjoy the weather.  I stopped all the party planning and the moving and enjoyed sometime at the water.  Patrick did not like the water very much, I hope that he gets used to it in Hawaii.  

Notice all of the boxes! We had to have lunch sitting on our apartment floor, making things difficult for a boy who wants to crawl and see everything.

I had so much fun preparing for this "under the sea" birthday bash.  Being busy with the party, I didn't get as many photos that I would have liked too, but I did get some of the details.

Patrick had his 12 month shots the day before his party and he was still a little miserable.  He didn't even eat his birthday cake.

And I wrote the last blog post from my iphone sitting in the waiting room at the doctors office.  I realize now that the link was not working, so here it is again, just in case you missed it.
